3.4 User Licence

Users (not the administrator of the system / the installer of the software) are licensed to use the system as seen fit by the system administrator. Use of the ViQ free edition is provided to the system administrator under the GPL licence (see 4.0) and it is up to the administrator to set and control any access licensing policy they see fit.
