2.1.3 Potential Problems

The most common problem is with either your PHP or MySQL installation. You should see some useful errors pointing you toward the cause.

RegisterGlobals must be on within your PHP setup for ViQ to operate correctly.

If the SQL import fails you can try importing the file of your choice from admin/sql/ into an alternative system such as phpMyAdmin.
