Description:
Users can be duplicated and running the upgrade script will cause duplication of the admin user. This is a primary key problem with the fnuser table. The admin user cannot be deleted through a safety feature in the script.

Solution/Workaround:
Upgrade to 0.02.44. Please note that if you have duplicate users you must: run the upgrade to .44, login to the admin interface, delete one of the admin users (they will all go), RE-RUN the .44 upgrade script. You should now have the default admin/admin user recreated.

One user has reported they needed to run the .44 upgrade script again twice after deleting the admin user. This can do no harm.
