Description:
DNS tests (in the stable release 0.04.25b) are causing parse errors. This seems to be in PHP 4 environments.

Solution/Workaround:
Upgrade to 0.04.26a (optionally just the server/base/tests/dns.inc.php file). This is just 0.04.25b but with the PHP4 patch included.
